Common Keys and Buttons

Keystrokes	Description
Control + Option	Enable Mouse control (this is configurable)
Command + Shift + V	Paste text from clipboard as keystrokes
Command + Option + P	Default shortcut to launch KeyPad, can be reprogrammed
Home	Home button on the Media Bar. Equivalent of pressing the home button on the device.
Vol +, Vol-, Mute	Media button to control volume if your device supports it
Rewind, Fast forward, Pause/Play	Media playback keys if your device supports it
Menu	Media menu button, if your device supports it
Power	Power button for your device

iPad Keyboard shortcuts

Keystrokes	Description
Function + Tab	Switch to the next most recently used app among your open apps. Replaces Command + Tab. See Power user features to enable Command Tab control.
Function + Space	Trigger Spotlight Search. Replaces Command + Space
Command + H	Go to the Home screen
Function + Shift + 3	Take a screenshot.
Command + Option + D	Show or hide the Dock.
Command	To see a list of shortcuts that you can use with an app, press and hold the Command ⌘ key when you use the app or on the Home screen.
Command + V	Paste, if you signed in to the same apple ID can be used to paste rich content
Command + C	Copy, if you are signed in to the same Apple ID, can be used to copy rich content

iPhone Keyboard shortcuts

Keystrokes	Description
Function + Space	Show or hide search field. Replaces Command + Space
Command + H	Go to the Home screen
Function + Shift + 3	Take a screenshot.
Command	To see a list of shortcuts that you can use with an app, press and hold the Command ⌘ key when you use the app or on the Home screen.

Apple TV Keyboard shortcuts

Apple TV works only with Big Sur and lower versions of MacOS

Arrow Keys	Navigate up, down, left, right
Return	Make a selection
Escape	Menu key
Spacebar	Play/Pause
Home	Media button for Home, Hold for sleep options
Menu	Media button for Menu

Android Keyboard shortcuts

Arrow Keys	Navigate up, down, left, right
Return	Make a selection
Escape	Menu key, go back
Option + Space	Search Page
Option + Tab	Switch Applications
Command + C	Launch Contacts application
Command + E	Launch Email application
Command + L	Lock screen, some android devices launches Calendar
Command + S	Launch SMS Application
Command	Long press (and release) command key to launch Google Assistant
