It is with sadness I write this post. On the 6th of February I found out that my app does not work on macos 10.15.3 (Catalina). Now I realize that it has stopped working on 10.14.6 (Mojave), and 10.13.6 (High Sierra).
It turns out that the MacOS Security fix 2020-001 which was released for Mojave and High Sierra, have the same bluetooth issues that appeared in 10.15.3.
Of course there is the possibility that when Apple releases 10.15.4 it will release a new security update for Mojave and High Sierra and everything will be fine. Praying for that. See…I’m an optimist!!!
But till such a time, my app will not work on any iOS devices. Its almost Ironic that my app is written for the Mac and it does not work with apple devices. It continues to work for Samsung TVs, Sony TVs, Android Phones and many more, even other MacOS computers. Just not for the iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.
