Already purchased keypad and it is not working

I’m sorry that my app is not working for you. Could you send me an email with some details so that I can check up and tell you why it is not working?

Please send me you MacOS version, the device that you are connecting to (Make, Model and OS version number). I can then get back to you either with a way to get it to work, or let you know when I have it working.

I don’t have any information on your purchase and cannot initiate a refund (See my Privacy Policy). Please reach out to apple for a refund.
